Crooms Hill
A tastefully refined full interior remodel of a large period property. The brief called for a modernisation of the deteriorated underlying structural elements, along with rein-station of some key decorative features which had been lost over the years.
Solid timber windows, doors and internal joinery were faithfully reproduced to replace tired originals. A comprehensive modern heating and electrical system was installed throughout the home.
The family included two large (but very friendly) bull mastiffs so hardwearing engineered oak plank flooring was chosen for the upper levels and stairs with stone flagstones installed on the ground floors.
